Two rules that hold your payout up
Before anything leaves the account, your stakes have to add up to the sum of your deposits at odds of at least 1.1, and how much you may take out is worked out from the bets placed off each deposit. Park money on the account without betting it and the cashier will not let it go.
You also withdraw to the same details you deposited with. Use more than one method and payouts are split in proportion to what came in through each.
